LCF Fun Languages Clubs in Action

We always celebrate the end of term by doing something special.  Here the children are making a Gâteau au chocolat magique dans une tasse.  A fun and tasty lesson for learning cooking instructions and ingredients.

We have finished preparing our mixture and need to fill out cups and place in the microwave.

Join us at LCF Clubs Fun Languages as we learn to speak another language and learn about different cultures and traditions.

End of term Celebrations

In our Mandarin classes (where we have access to a kitchen) we will be making Golden Syrup Dumplings as a treat at the end of the term.  For those classes where we don’t have access to a kitchen we will be doing Calligraphy, paper cutting or a rooster craft depending on the children’s interest.
In our French and Spanish classes (where we have access to a kitchen) we will be cooking something delicious at the end of the term.  Most children prefer to do baking so we have several wonderful and easy recipes we can use.  We will be making snails and garlic bread in the French classes that haven’t done them before (unless the children really object to making snails 🙂
